Exercise Pants Capri
I am to tired, out of shape but still petite. I am ready to work on my dream body. But where do I start? HELP!
Okay so I am 5’4, I am not fat in any way. But..I am out of shape. I use to be more active and fit but something happened and I stopped being so active. I want to get back into shape. But I dont know where to start since its been about 3 years since I have worked out. Everything I do tires me so easily. Specifically, I want a LARGER butt. Increase my glute muscles basically. My butt is not really small, but I want it more round and wayy more bigger. I want to wittle my waist, you know get that “hour-glass” figure. I want sexy abs, perhaps a 6-pack, but not manly. My legs are the part of my body that I hate the most! They are to skinny. I dont even like wearing shorts or even capri pants because of them! So I want my legs and calves bigger and sexier. All in all, I want some advice on a complete body work out. So can anyone tell me some exercises to get a large butt? (gluteus maximus) Thicker sexier legs? A sexy thin waist? Any replies would be greatly appreciated. =]
Diet is the number 1 step. Then working out. Try squats, they’ll work your glutes really well as well as your quads. As far as calves, calves raises are the only thing I can think of that will really work well. Abs, crunches, sit-ups etc. will help the muscle build and with a good diet they will start to come in nicely, and you’ll have the body your looking for before becoming ‘manly.’
