Lose 15 Pounds by Thanksgiving?
Whats a good, healthy way that I can loose 15 punds by thanksgiving that doesnt involve going to the gym or any work out machines, just an exercise ball, a yoga matt and a television and healthy eating habits?
Haha lose 15 pounds by Thanksgiving and then put it right back on pigging out on turkey, mashed potatoes,pie? haha jk Run…45-60 minutes a day. If you can’t run that much start out slow…but build up to where you can run most of it. If you’re eating healthy, you’ll lose weight in no time.
