I purchased this mat to put under a piece of exercise equipment, and it seemed to do fine. However as I re-positioned the equipment one part of it dragged across the mat. I immediately noticed that this dragging had scored a long tear in the mat, completely ripping through to the floor underneath. Admittedly the equipment is quite heavy, but it does strike me that the mat ripped awfully easily. So I would give the mat a good review – but advise caution in any situation where the mat might get torn.
