What are the best weight and exercise machines to use?

I have a lifetime membership and i usually go do ab, arm and leg machines first. Then i do either the elliptical or the thing that’s like an elliptical but you control how long your steps are. Then, i do the rowing machine for a while. Are these good machines to be using. What are other machines that burn more fat and are better. I know that the bike isn’t very good and the treadmill isn’t as good as the elliptical but what did you find to be the most effective in the least amount of time?

You really need to learn about what you are doing and why you are doing it or you’re just wasting your time. Get some books on fitness and nutrition so you can learn what works best for you. Good luck
