How did the Anti-Defamation League become the ones to determine what free speech is in America these days?
I always thought it was the US Constitution, but apparently, we now have a Soviet-style gestapo group called the Anti-Defamation League that determines whom the media crucifies for exercising their 1st amendment rights. How did this come to be?

What law did they pass that violates her rights? None. The first amendment protects a person from the government. It does not in any way prevent another person from exercising their first amendment rights and saying the first person is wrong.
