What can help with insomnia?
Hi my names Jackie, im 15yrs old and i am from Kimberley BC. ever since i was little ive always had terrible insomnia.. its getting really hard for me now since im going into gr.10 and school is becoming more difficult. I’m type one diabetic, and have been for 11 years so i dont know if that has anything to do with it..? But i have tried sleeping pills, hot milk, sex (lol) exercise, hot baths ect. and NOTHING works!! And its getting very hard for me to concentrate in school because i will fall asleep around 3 or 4am. (maybe later) and i will have to get up around 6am. and its odd because i will be tired and sick most of the day and as soon as im finished school ect. and go home i will become more awake again and not tired until next morning comes. Does anyone have any ideas?!! -Thank you 
yes ive tried valerian root, and yes i smoke weed lol. most days i dont even sleep.
I am the exact same way!! In fact it’s so bad for me that I usually stay up ALL night Saturday night, so i’m tired all day sunday. Then, when it’s Sunday night, I’m so exhausted that I sleep like a baby. I wake up well rested on Monday and I’m on a normal sleeping schedule for the rest of the week (hopefully).
