Exercise In Bed

I was just curious if anyone knows if it is bad to exercise right before bed?
Running is the exercise in question? I have bee running 2 miles showering and then going to bed and Hubby has planted the seed in my head that maybe it isn’t a good idea

I am SO not a morning person
I’d like to work up to that!!
I am also not the size person anyone would enjoy seeing running err bouncing down the road. Hence the 9:30 pm run!!
Yeah it’s just that it’s harder to get a good night’s sleep because your body is energized with adrenaline.
That said, exercising does help you sleep better, but it’s recommended that you’ve finished exercising at least 3-4 hours before you go to bed.
