Exercise Headphones For Ipod
Which are th best headphones to use while running/exercising ?
I need good quality headphones for my ipod to use in the gym. Ear phones do not stay put in the ears and are very uncomfortable. Some headphones cannot handle the movements and damage fast.
Your question is subjective. However, I would recommend you choose ones that won’t soak up your sweat and get nasty. Lighter is better, they won’t fall off as easily and won’t be as distracting.
