Exercise Girdle
I want to know if this is true or possible!!?
Well one of my friends used to be big..well her mid -section used to be big…and wen we asked her how did her stomach get so flat?..she told us that she did sit-ups and crunches..and other exercises with a girdle on..i want to know if that’s possible?
The exercise would have helped. The girdle might have helped her do the exercises correctly, but would not have helped with the fat loss or with muscle development.
