Exercise Foot Rest
What kind of foot pain is this? What to do with it?
i got a sore/sprain in my midfoot area, about two and a half inch behind the little toe. what happened was I started exercising for the last two weeks playing soccer (I hardly play any sport/exercise for the last couple of years, btw). I think I sprain my foot of my support leg (not the shooting leg) ‘cos I played too hard? the pain isn’t really noticeable when I walk. But it definitely hurts when I run or jump. so…what gives?
