How can you make a weekly exercise program fitness four?
With all schedules, activities, diet and other things
show ill u my plan. do not think it is bs cuz im a personal trainer I know everything. + Ima lil too lazy to write why u do all this stuff. just do as i type lol a can of tuna every 2 to 3 hours. thats ur constant daily supply of protien that u need for amino acids to rebuild the heart muscle stronger ands do not hesitate to eat, thats wut us healthy, but thats I do cuz ima full time student and junk. is a practical quick meal. week: week two normal-weight: light truck three: week lightweight four games of fall. it is when u do as representatives of many u can then ur representing 8 or when or if u cannot lift the weight drop by half and finish with the light, then repeat. one day, chest and back of two days trying to Bies and three days shoulders and legs do these 3 days a period of one week of days all u want. follow this order for ABS. Do three sets of these every 4-7 days. abs put weight behind ur neck be 8 or crunches until u feel u cannot do them then drop into the half the weight and then continue to do crunches with the same weight no bicycles then drop the weight and finish with more bite followed by bicycles and planks for 30 seconds, seek them if u know wut they are.
