exercise fitness loop
Just started exercising after an illness. SORE! Question in two parts.?
I got out of the loop Fitness near a year because of illness. I just started light weight training and cardio relight. I started Friday night. I was not all bad yesterday, but woke up this morning feeling like I slept curled in a ball! Everything hurts! Question one: How do I relieve the pain without taking drugs? (I still take medication for the disease, can not take anything else) Second question: How do I start very slowly so I do not feel this again?:)
Firstly, did you get the all clear from your doctor to start program again? Very important that you do. Now, remember that your body is rebuilding it self is if you have a lot of pain. Although envy is jumping into the back straight, it's not a good idea, you need to take it easy. The best thing to do is get personal property trainer to guide you in the back during the first two weeks until you can manage things on your own. This they are trained to do and you do not want to waste your time with your health.
