FITNESS AND EXERCISE HELP !?!?!?
ok so im not fat at all. infact im pretty skinny and have an atheletic body BUT i want to exercise to stay fit. While watching my body fit im not match at all. im a very slow runner and I want to become faster. im not flexible at all and I want to be. i dont have any fitness equipment and im too young to go to a i. i only have one ball. need to get some tips on how to become more fit (I particularly want to become faster operation) so plz help What can I do? I always run out of breath when running and I hate what if a few tricks to become faster and more flexible and adapted thx would be great. (btw i dont need help with diet. I know what foods to eat:)
