Exercise Dvd’s For Women
Turbo Jam, Tae Bo or Hip Hop Abs? A choice bw exercise DVD’s?
I am a 38 year Old Male @250 pounds and would like to lose 50 pounds. I would like to pouchase the most effective and least boring exercise program. Any advice from those that have tried them out? Would Turbo jam work for men as all their Ads feature Women?….. Please advice. Thank you!!!
Both Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Jam are GREAT! Some of the Turbo Jam workouts do have men in them. It is basically a more interesting version of Tae Bo, because of the great music and Chalene Johnson’s energy, which is very motivating.
Hip Hop Abs is a great workout too. I lost 22 lbs. & 25″ in 8 weeks using a combination of Hip Hop Abs & Rockin Body (which is also by Shaun T). These are my two favorite Beachbody programs. If you like to dance, you would love either Hip Hop Abs or Rockin Body. They’re so much fun that you really don’t feel like you’re working out. That also makes it easier to stick with the workouts, because they aren’t boring.
It will all come down to your own personal preference. If you enjoy dancing, you will like Hip Hop Abs (or Rockin Body which is a little more intense). If you enjoy martial arts type kicking & punching, you would really enjoy Turbo Jam.
