Exercise Cylinder
***Can a 14 yr old female get FULLY ripped in 3 months by doing this? *[PICS]***?
Breakfast 6:45a.m: Quaker Oatmeal (the one in the cylinder) with raisins with 1% milk
Lunch 4:00p.m: Progresso soup OR soy burger on wheat bun OR Smart One meals (those healthy refridgerated meals in a box that you put inthe microwave)
Exercise 5:00p.m: Lifting weights for 1hour (and if I feel like it, I’ll add a 44 minute kickboxing session in addition to lifting weights)
Dinner 7:30p.m: Cereal or Progresso soup (I have a craving for cereal at night!)
