Bicycle is a simple mode of transportation that is very profitable as a means of driving force for environmental awareness. Bicycle functions for the human body
A Bicycle has two functions at once. The first function is as Endurance exercise, meaning is an exercise that aims to improve or maintain your heart and lung to keep it in good condition. And the second function is as strength training, is a way to build strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscle.
It is clear that cycling activity covering both functions. Organs to be affected by the bicycle exercise including the heart and lungs. Riding a bike daily will train you to have a longer breath; this is assessed more effective than aerobic. Evidence suggests that in terms of physical, cycling can reduce risk of suffering diseases generated from sedentary such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, brittle bones, weak muscles, and obesity. Therefore you can prevent those diseases in a fun way.
Besides, the muscles to be trained are leg, arm, abdomen, and back muscles. Our feet will be strong, because the leg muscles – especially quadriceps- are definitely trained. Strong legs will help us to be able to move back and forth.
When done regularly, cycling will accelerate blood circulation and burning fat. Ideally, like other aerobic exercise, cycling exercise performed in 30 to 60 minutes a day, thus cycling can improve the quality of our immune system by allowing the body to protect our self from viruses and bacteria. Research shows that one-hour cycling (in average speed 21 km / hour) can burn fat as much as 612 calories. Of course it helps us to obtain the ideal body shape.
So many benefits we can get from the cycling bike, therefore so many people like to invest bikes. You can choose many types of bikes according to your needs such as mountain bikes, road bicycles, hybrid bike and much more. Some people buy indoor cycling bike in order to practice at home when the weather does not allow practicing outside.
