Exercise Cushion
I felt a pinch in my back..?
Earlier I felt a little pinch/poke type thing in my lower back. It felt like I got poke with a sharp pencil. It only lasted about 3 seconds. I am sitting on my bed leaning against the wall with a cushion as I do every night.
I exercise everyday [aerobics,sit ups, jumping jacks]. I should be getting my period everyday, so maybe that has something to do with it.
Any ideas?
