how good is boxing as an exercise ?
i bought some boxing stuff from ebay, its gonna be here in a few days, just wondering how much of a good exercise it is, thanks

Boxing is great exercise. i imagine you probably bought a punching bag and some gloves or something to that affect. Boxing is great for cardio. Don’t expect to build a lot of muscle doing it, though. You may get a little stronger but it isn’t like you are lifting heavy weights. Prepare to feel a lot healthier if you practice hard. Punching that bag rigorously for an hour everyday should really make you feel good.
