It this a good way to lose weight??
I want to lose 35 pounds,and I figured if I eat three filling meals a day(Breakfast lunch and dinner) and a snack or two but go out and exercise(Like boke riding,dancing,walking,playing tag. etc)with my friend who just so happens to be eleven LoL(Yes,I know. I’m 15,but younger kids are fun to hang with LoL Atleast you want feel 80!!).She’s mature. But I also have a very silly,playful,outoging,fun,slow personality. I’m also friendly so don’t judge LoL But anywyas,I figure doing these things will help me drop some weight in how long?? And I mean doing this stuff constantly while I’m out. But taking a break to chill and talk : )
