What do you need to start p90x exercise program?
K. so I see different kits and then some say you need to buy a bunch of other stuff like weights, pull up bar, resistance bands. can someone tell me exactly what is necessary and what is just extra. I’m working with a small budget.

All you will need is a place to do pull ups and a set of dumbbells or resistance bands.
Other items are suggested but not required.
