Wii Fit, Active EA Sports (Wii), Gold's Gym Cardio Workout (Wii), My fitness coach (Wii)?
Have they? Use them? I look to get a Wii Fit to help me lose weight, but I heard it's not as good as some other games I said, if you have any of these games Please let me know your opinion that I should get and whether or not it helped you lose any weight! I am a very motivated and hoping a game like this makes the work more fun for me! Is there more of these games with a balance board, or are they basically the same without one?
Of those you named, I tried two of them! I've tried active and my physical trainer, I love my coach and fitness the most. You put up a personal goal and there are lots of excersices choice! There are a variety of cardio exercises, but I wish there were more people working on the kernel … sit as UPS or something! Most of the exercises on my conditioning coach physics are cardio and things for you to work your legs like squats … but these are things that I wanted to work. There is a resistance training on my trainer physical, but not much because you use a tape at low prices to the …. excercises but not much of what I like. I think it depends on what you are looking for an excercise routine. I lost a little weight, but I do not think I use it enough to lose much weight. I'm also hard to motivate … and I found my physical trainer to be a good fit for me without spending tons of Wii Fit and Balance Board. The game gives really encourage you along the way, as little pep talks. There are exercises tennis drills basketball, dance "and even rollerblading (if you can imagine squatting, and how it relates to skating). I do not recommend the sport to all assets EA … it was pretty boring for me. The upside to this one because I think there was basic excercises though. I heard that Wii Fit is very interactive and fun as well, but I've never used! I have a Wii, so I just wanted to excercise routine to go with him. when you buy Wii Fit, as the salesperson describes me, you essentially buy the accessories, and it was really not worth much unless you want the board for all other games that work with a Wii. I found my physical trainer to be great for what I needed to. ADD: I heard that Wii Fit is obviously nothing without the balance board, but my fitness coach is very good without it, and can be used with her well though!
