Dvd Exercise Videos
Can anyone recommend an exercise video/DVD?
I’ve gained weight over the past couple of years and because I know I won’t go to the gym if I open a new membership and it’s too cold to go out and run/jog, I thought that an exercise video or DVD will help me since I can do it from the privacy of my own home.
Any videos/DVDs that anyone has tried and can recommend that work?

I have been doing various tapes and these are some of the ones i have enjoyed: slim in 6 is great! no tricky moves to learn

ten minute solution rapid results pilates, i like this one because it gives you 5 ten minute workouts so you can chose which ones you want to do. even on my busiest days i can fit ten minutes.
zone pilates, this is about 20 mins and works your whole body the resistant circle can get bothersome though.
