Door Exerciser
Will my doorframe handle the powergym excerciser?
For anyone that has or knows about the powergym door mounted pull up exerciser, what would be the standard door frame size required for it to fit? Mine is about 75 centimetres (probably a bit more) so about 30″. This is simply the space in between the door frame, and should my wait affect the door frame at all? Would it possibly break? I live in an apartment by the way, maybe a house would be a better choice for the powergym.
