Cycling Fitness Questions?
Hello, I've already left a question about cycling but I have no complaints bike Im at work about 8.4 miles five days a week and just wondering if there are additional requirements to be considered with regard, for the provision of bicycle accessories such as clothing calories overall fitness requirements etc. I might have to consider this It safely ive been most active in a few years if I just want to make sure not to hurt myself or anything lol Thanks very much guys, hard to choose the best answer! Fluids Biggy are, especially during the summer. I cycle to work as well and have a backpack large capacity which also has a hydration system 2 liters integrated. Camelback. A must have. You'll need to replace the calories you burn, unless you are on a weight loss prog, to take snacks. You can also consider making squash, rather than water, to get some energy back. Cycle clothing. Aldi. Check the website for when they have clothes cycle and get some, just not the shoes. Otherwise, Altura give you a decent for your money. Wear a lid. It is spending about £ 40 woth a viable cover. I ride the Giro. Try Pedler automatic. Will hills easier. Use lights winter. Eat something when you stop. Enjoy yourself. Luck
