Circle Exerciser
I just had a baby and now i’m trying to get back into shape.. I do pilates and I jog but I need some more help?
I’m thinking about buying the Ab Circle Exerciser and I just want to know how many people have it and how it works for them… Please let me know how it works for you.. Thanks :-

You dont need an Ab Circle Exerciser. You can just to crunches on the floor. However, to lose weight, you will need to focus more on nutrition.
Eat in moderation. No second helpings. Eat more salads. Continue to jog as much as possible.
Weigh in on Monday every week. If you are not losing weight, you are either eating too much and/or not exercising enough. But if you are losing weight, then you have nothing to worry about! Dont change a thing!
