I need a name for the physical condition of children in my club?
Please could someone help iv been a personal trainer for 3 years, but I wanted to take to help children iv returned to college and I'm exercising for children, I want to start a fitness club for kids, but I do not want that all the exercise I want him to be on fitness fun games I want they learn how to be healthy through pleasure, I have loads of whole idear exsept and that is what I call the came away im not sure if kidzfit wonderd if anyone has other idear or what they thorght My idear of kidzfit all idear are appreciated, thank you.
