I need motivation!?
I had my 3rd child in December I am 27 and I weighed 170 after a month, I was the lowest at 155 … I was doing light workouts if I do not force my body.I down to 150 … Now I can do sessions training but I am so tired, and when I start to lose weight it seems that my body freaks out and I feel like I'm starving. Plus it helps not when my daughter goes through a growth spurt and I want chocolate … as an addict. I have a treadmill, but I also have a 2 year old child who want to walk with me. I do not have $ $ $ to join a club or buy a stroller. I want to lose 30 pounds by May I'm train set small goals to lose 5-10 pounds … but my friends and my family are not good examples of fitness or motivation. I bought training videos, but I can not find the energy to do anything. Please help! I do not want to be fat
It seems that you must change your diet. You must go to a full power plant. This will make you feel better, you'll have plenty of enegery, and you'll be healthier. A big water drinker and you'll feel better. Best of luck!
