Children Exercise
has anyone with adhd children tried to replace meds with exercise regiment and change in diet?
has this worked? i am talking about about at least a half hour of strenuous exercise a day like running for children 7 to 13 (more or less)… depending on the childs ability and age of course.
it would seem like it would work…. particularly before school…
…..anyone?
maybe not making them run before school, but try this: get them on a soccer team or football. theyll have pratice and games to focus on. it worked for me. but then again i wasn’t on meds in school, mom refused the teachers request to put me on them, she just got me focused on something (soccer) and later i found i could focus myself in art and drama.
