which pregnancy exercise dvd is the best?
This is my second pregnancy and i want to get fit and healthy with this baby as with my first i sort of thought stuff it im pregnant and struggled with losing the weight after and ended up putting it all back on after a year of losing it, its now been two years since my first child and im only 5 weeks pregnant but want to get in to shape for this baby as im already slightly over weight anyway, which pregnancy dvd would you recommend the best?

First of all want to say Congratulations…. 
I am also pregnant with my second child my 1st child (Boy) is 8 now so a bit of a gap I am 24 weeks now and I too didn’t do any exercise with my 1st and wanted to get in shape with this one and also i heard it helps with the labour. (So that’s a big Thing for me)
I did start to go to the gym but i was limited to what i could do and im not a great fan of fitness unfortunately!! so i felt bored just walking on the tread mill. Then i got a Pilate’s In Pregnancy dvd very good (Amazon) or you could look on e-bay also. and i am wanting to do a yoga one but there are so many to choose from I heard a really good one is “Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea”
