Fitness = Flabby butt?
Okay so I started working as .. 2 months ago, now I weigh 100 pounds and am very soft. I think I need to do more weights and less cardio. Butt I have very saggy and my abs flat but soft. I really would like to strengthen but not watching bulky. I do not watch muscluar just fit! I'm 18 Male, 5'2ish 100 pounds and very flaccid. How should I eat (calories) and how much weight cardio?
