Mothercare – The Miracle Box – What do you think?
It is a ball full year of childbirth for mothers to be with Fitness DVD. Has anyone tried it and would you recommend it? thank you, I am almost 18 weeks pregnant
I'd recommend it! I purchased one of these when I was pregnant with my last child. It was good for me, because you get all the instructions with pictures that I found easy to follow. The DVD of the pelvic floor has been interesting too. You can exercise with the fact that throughout the pregnancy, not just bounce on it at the end. Hope this helps:)
