Marijuana and fitness?
Yo, I train 6 days a week and follow a basic cutting and bulking cycle. Right now im trying to cut and lost body fat. I am a strict diet and after each workout, I do Hist 10 minutes of cardio. Ma question is: Is smoking marijuana once a week (maybe 2) Effect of loss my fat% if I stick to my diet and stay safe my program? I only smoke on days off.
I think the general appearance of the smoking greatly affect your lung capacity to you are not working at optimal levels and thus reduce your performance during training.
