Bar Exercise
hi! I saw an exercise toner,specifically geared towards women to help tone the chest muscles.Its red and a bar
its a red bar and you hold it up to your chest and push it in.It costs between 20-30 dollars,does anyone kn ow the name of this product,nice answers please,.
I’ve seen those commercials and don’t be fooled into thinking you’re going to get larger breasts out of using that bar. I wish it were true, but firming your pectoral muscles (the ones behind the breast) offer a little lift at best (if you don’t have heavy or saggy breasts) but the increase in size is nominal.
Not saying it’s not good to have firm chest muscles, but don’t expect amazing results from pushing on that little bar.
I cannot remember the name of the product you are seeking, and a quick search didn’t turn up anything, but I watch MTV a lot on the weekends and I believe that’s where I’ve seen the commercial.
If you try it, good luck…but keep your expectations low. Results will likely occur, but not dramatic. They have to make it look that way on TV or who would pay money for it?
