Is it acceptable to use a fitness / exercise / swiss ball as a desk chair during pregnancy?
Any thoughts? Someone Has he tried? A doctor recommended or discouraged anyone this?
I use all the time. It is really comfortable and consistent your body rather than sitting stiffly in a chair. In my childbirth class they suggested a meeting during the pregnancy, and bring to the hospital for work. Make sure it is a good quality anti-burst, so if you roll on something sharp that will not explode or anything.
