Baby Exerciser
after baby exercising….?
Hi, I had my baby 4 months ago and I’ve lost 30 pounds so far. I had gained 45 total, but I was a little overweight to begin with so I’m looking to lose even more. I really haven’t been exercising to lose the weight, but I have to start doing some exercises to get rid of the BELLY that I got.
At the moment, I’m watching my daughter while my boyfriend works, so I would probably have to work around her schedule. Can anyone give me any good routines? I’ve found some exercies I like and I also plan to bike when my boyfriend gets home and run/speed walk with my daughter in her stroller in the mornings. Does that sound like a good start? What else could I do? Also, I’ve never been much of an exerciser so I am a beginner.
You may want to get some exercise videos and do them when the baby is sleeping. You can get them new or used at a thrift shop or online cheaply. Biking is also great. You must watch what you eat . check out some fitness magazines like Oxygen or Shape for diet plans and other fitness ideas. also check out bodyforlife.com.
