Anatomy Exercise

I need Help with an Exercise Project for a class???
Ok so my anatomy teacher went crazy… he wants us to come up with “workout” plan that will work the whole body and then demonstrate it infront of the class, while explainning what kind of muscles that specific exercise affects… so here is the deal…
I came up with the fallowing exercises.
running, swimming, abdominals, squats, and weight lifting….
i already have information for running, swimming, and squats… i need to find out about weight lifting and abdominals.. what specific muscles do those exercises affect? and does anyone have any clue how i’m gonna demonstrate this infront of 30 kids.? thanks any help will be greatly appreciated.
Running, swimming and bike riding work all the muscles lungs and heart, as for abs, they have found it is all diet, you can do all the crunches you want and it won’t build a six pack. Weights are good if you need to tone and build muscle. There are 2 basic exercises you need, anaerobic and aerobic.
