How do I add an element of fitness to work?

My new job is semi-active, which means I'm on my feet for almost all day and get lots of traffic, but it is not physically demanding as such. I already walk to get to work, about a half-hour walk each way and I go out and about midday. How can I integrate some toning / firming may be some slight weightloss? It has not be drastic, wondering if I can add some wellness / fitness my day because it can not hurt.

I would say ankle and wrist weights, but it is not because it can cause joint problems and others. Just Keep Walking like you are at this moment it will be good for your heart, but I do not know if you'll lose weight as it
