I need help fitness (ABS) please??
Just here the story im 15 and still growing I think going to the gym and lift weights because I heard it stunts your growth what is the best way to get Nice pack and toned chest, I heard swimming is the best and abdominal IVE tried But Im not sure how I should one day advice would be appreciated.
Over there are different theories on whether it is good for people your age to lift weights. Personally, I think it is OK, but it really depends on your goals. If you do just to physical appearance, then you can always add weight to your routine you age. To get a toned chest, flat abs, etc., you really work the opposing muscles just as much. For example, for biceps bigger, you have to work your triceps. For your safety, you must work the upper back, and for 6-pack abs, you need to work the lower back. It is important to remember that you must be patient. If you are just starting out, you may not see the physical results right away, if you can not get discouraged. If you are a beginner each day. Your muscles need rest, so you should not work the same muscles 2 days in a row. Then, each week, your goals for 2-4 reps. If you can not do that much, then make IT 1 week. Any Progess is well advanced, and there may be weeks when you do not. Just do not be discouraged. Sure also do cardiovascular exercise (15-20 minutes), 3 times a week (at least) before you start toning exercises. This can be running, swimming, elliptical, just to get your heart rate high. It will make your exercises more beneficial, because your heart rate will be high, This will burn fat faster. You need to burn fat tone. I know this may seem a bit feminine, but are an excellent aerobic way to tone your heart (body center). My girlfriend made exercises based DVD Karen Voight, and they are very stimulating and beneficial. Body of each is different, so you must decide what is most comfortable for you. Starting with goals that are too high and not be able to achieve the initial objectives phychologically can be daunting, so just be patient and realistic. Good luck.
