55cm Exercise Ball
EXERCISE BALLS aka swiss balls?
Is simply sitting on an exercise ball going to tone my abs? I work at an office for 8 hours 3 times a week and i was wondering if just sitting on an exercise ball all day would help me tone my abs.
I checked some out and there were 55cm ones and 65 cm ones and I’m not sure which one to get. Does it depend on my height? I’m 5’7, if that matters.

I already do cardio for one hour everyday and what are core muscles??? =S
this will help you tone and strengthen your stabalizer muscles in your core- you are constantly having to adjust for balance so those muscles are constantly working- it will not, however, do much for your larger abdominal muscles-
if you sat on the exercise ball and then when you got home, did some crunches/ situps – about 10 minutes of good abdominal exercises you will get more productive and effective ab training.
The box usually tells you the height suggestions for your ball – I am 5’3″ and I use a 55 cm so you would probably want to go with the 65 cm
