Question fitness nutritionist for ….?

What are the daily nutritional needs of man conducive to lose weight to the gram? In other words the amount of protein, vitamins, vegetable and amino acids will I need to meet the minimum requirements to keep my body energized and stable. If u didn't read my last question my work outs will be 3 to 4 times per day, consisting of cardio and heavy weights light with Sunday as a day of rest. This is for the military if it is not on the results of the body, but the results of endurance.

Do not worry about that … just watch your calories and burn more calories than you take in. .. losing weight is as simple than that. good luck
